About Me
I am curious, encouraging, relational, and slightly humorous. I see the strength and potential in people through their shared stories, and seek to create connection and trust.
I am a lifelong learner who is fascinated by the incredible healing capacity of the mind and body, and our innate ability for new growth
My background in physical rehabilitation informs my holistic approach by exploring the connection between mental, emotional, and physical health. I believe an awareness of how these parts work together, contributes to a stronger sense of self and leads to meaningful healing and change.

Approach
my relational and holistic approach is accessed through the integration of evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
These include Strength-based, solution-focused (SFT), internal family systems (IFS), emotion focused therapy (EFT) acceptance and commitment (ACT), and Dialectical Behavioural (DBT) Therapies.
I support individuals struggling with anxiety, grief, loss, depression, ADHD, BPD, life transitions, self-esteem, Misophonia, Trauma, and relationship issues.

A Counselling Session
In counselling sessions, we collaboratively
explore areas of struggle and resilience to
foster hope and creativity in the healing
process. We set goals to help you move
forward in your current season of
life and to develop skills for the future.
My role as a counsellor is to help
promote greater self-understanding
and self-compassion that leads to
a more meaningful and
purpose-filled life.
